My Coaching Approach

We will use the CliftonStrengths assessment to understand your talent & strengths advantage. The assessment is science backed and has a 70-year track record. I have been coaching and teaching with this tool for over a decade. It is a powerful way to better understand how to sell with ease and/or land on your unique executive and leadership footprint.

You own the outcomes/goals that are most important to you. I will use inquiry, intense listening, and direct communication to get you to unlock new perspectives and insights. I will listen to the underpinnings of what is needed. I won't hesitate to go to the uncomfortable places of exploring limiting beliefs and blind spots.  

Each session is conducted via video conferencing to create a dynamic environment. I commit to seeing and hearing you in a real way. I lean into 'You' to see the pain point in your business that is preventing sales and/or in your executive brand and what is preventing buy-in.
