Hello, I'm Jessica!

I am a native “Jersey girl” who grew up with the back drop of New York City. Navigating the corporate landscape and entrepreneurship played a pivotal part of my upbringing. My father providing the example of success in corporate America and my mother providing the example of having an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. 

I have seen a lot in my career. From being a stock broker during the economic downturn of 2008, to coaching and advising some of the top executives in the world, to being on stage and giving keynotes to thousands of people. For about a decade, I traveled the world working for a premier management consultant firm all to fulfill my passion for developing human beings. It was an honor to be a stop on the journey for tens of thousands of people striving to get to their version of excellence. 

I developed Empowered for Sales because we are all always selling something and in my many hours of developing people what often gets in a person’s way on their journey to excellence is well, themselves. Empowered for Sales combines my love for entrepreneurs, executives, and triumph.  

There is something to being able to go beyond the "norm" and understand the mystery of oneself. I do this with my clients through understanding their neurological advantages and limitations. I have a passion for people that,  are done with their current circumstance and are ready for excellence.
